SCHOLARS ASIA SDN. BHD. was started in 2017 as Universiti Teknologi Malaysia spinoff for online conference management systems with the name of Connecting ASIA Sdn Bhd, later expanded and so does the product line and named SCHOLARS ASIA SDN. BHD. SCHOLARS ASIA SDN. BHD. is a software development organization with a key focus on the research and development of applications that foster networking and productivity. SCHOLARS ASIA has launched a trial version of its Conference Management System (CMS) in 2018 later extended the product line and added Exhibition Management systems and Open Journal System (OJS) customization and integration. The initial concept was developed in 2015 and licensed under Copyright UTM (Conference Management Software) UTM.J.1401/27.13/1JLD101(11)) and Copyright UTM (Conference Management Software) UTM.J.1401/27.13/1JLD120(76).

The software provides a complete conference management solution for conference organizers and Universities. We provide consultation and development for open journal system and conference management system developments. Many conference organizers around the globe are using SCHOLARS ASIA’s software on a trial basis for conference management that enables us to expand to the global markets in near future.

SCHOLARS ASIA SDN. BHD is collaborating with prime institutions in ASIA, Europe and the UK to foster knowledge transfer and human capital development. Our Conference Management System (CMS) has been used to organize 14 international research conferences in Malaysia and outside, mainly from Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Gulf and more.

SCHOLARS ASIA SDN. BHD is planning to offer annual memberships to create and extend its network to other countries and collaboration with more conference organizers to provide solutions for managing conference and exhibitions effectively.
